Queensland Health has given the Moreton Kids Festival COVID-Safe Event Plan the tick of approval.
Being COVID Safe is a shared responsibility. We want you to enjoy your day out at Moreton Kids Festival and stay safe. Please follow COVID Safe practices when attending this year's Moreton Kids Festival.
Social Distancing plays a vital role in slowing the spread of viruses. Please keep 1.5m between yourself and other guests at all times. You may attend the event in your social or household group.
Keep up the good hand hygiene, start singing "Happy Birthday" when you put the soap on and rinse it off when the song finishes!
Why not double up on the hand hygiene! Plenty of hand sanitiser around the grounds for that!
Please download and set up the Government's official COVIDSafe app.
COVID announcements will be delivered throughout the day. Please listen to the MC or any of the event staff and volunteers for these announcements and follow the directions.
Please look out for COVID Safe signage and follow the directions closely.
If a space in the event looks crowded let the event staff or security know and please stay away.
If you become unwell while attending Moreton Kids Festival, please locate event staff, security or first aid personnel immediately. The Event team will implement relevant COVID safe practices as per the approved COVID Safe event plan.
Event staff and security have the right to refuse entry into the event space should an attendee display COVID-19 symptoms.
